WHO WE ARE

URBAN FUSION

Urban Fusion is a veteran owned land and development group. Founded in late 2021 by our MD Mitchel Hunt. The groups timeline started in early 2000 in social led developments/housing. Our MD started his development journey at his father’s care group identifying land for over 55s living and affordable homes. He was also the asset manager for the large housing portfolio and in which the group supplied homes for many on the lower end of the pay spectrum.

WHAT WE DO

URBAN FUSION

Today Urban Fusion is working across the real estate/development spectrum. We facilitate and promote land for all types of development delivery. We work with local small developers or national volume housebuilders. We also work with commercial occupiers and identify locations for new developments/commercial units. We work with commercial development groups and de-risk land opportunities.

Since 2021 we have promoted or sold land for over 500 homes. We continue this journey today and have over 200 acres secured for promotion. We are always looking to work with new landowners, commercial agents, house builders or blue chip commercial groups. Below is our land requirements for a number of large construction/development groups or commercial occupiers. We are always keen to receive any land opportunities and we like to base our business on being honest, transparent and motivated.
